What You'll Deliver
- You'll draft, review, and negotiate bespoke agreements between Dubai Airports and external parties.
- You'll provide legal support and advice on a broad range of agreements to various business units.
- You'll assist in the preparation of legal updates and reports for meetings and presentations.
- You'll liaise with external legal counsel and validate the appointment of external legal service providers for Dubai Airports.
- You'll investigate legal claims and complaints related to Dubai Airports suppliers and customers.
What You Bring
- You should be educated to a Bachelor's Degree in Law, with 3-5 years of relevant and overall experience.
- You'll have knowledge of UAE federal and local laws, aviation regulations, and accreditation standards.
- You'll have knowledge of drafting and managing contracts.
- You'll have experience in commercial negotiations and procurement within the aviation industry.
