About Us: We are a dynamic and growing company specializing in coffee equipment, beans, and cafe business development. We’re seeking an experienced Merchandiser with a passion for excellence and the skills to represent our brand effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
- Maintain product inventory and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and stock levels.
- Utilize invoicing software to process transactions and prepare Air Waybills (AWB) accurately.
- Manage and promote the brand effectively on social media and other marketing channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service.
- Stay updated on coffee trends to represent and promote our coffee-related products knowledgeably.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with a reputed department store.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Advanced computer literacy, including proficiency with invoicing software and AWB preparation.
- Knowledge of social media marketing and promotional strategies.
- Representative appearance (female candidates preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of coffee, including product categories, brewing techniques, and market trends.
