Job Responsibilities

  1. Assist the sales team in managing client inquiries, ensuring accurate information flow between the sales team, project managers, and clients.
  2. Coordinate sales documentation, such as proposals, contracts, and project timelines.
  3. Track and update sales pipeline activities and client interactions.
  4. Maintain client databases and ensure all relevant sales information is updated.
  5. Support the smooth transition of projects from the sales phase to execution.
  6. Track and monitor the progress of ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
  7. Coordinate meetings between clients, internal teams, and vendors to ensure project milestones are understood and met.
  8. Help with scheduling, documentation, and tracking project timelines.
  9. Serve as the point of contact for clients during the sales and project phases.
  10. Address client inquiries, provide updates, and assist with any post-sale issues that arise.
  11. Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining clear and consistent communication.
  12. Maintain and organize project documentation, including contracts, schedules, invoices, and any other relevant records.
  13. Coordinate and prepare reports for the sales and project teams, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for active projects.
  14. Work closely with project managers, sales representatives, and the logistics team to ensure that all aspects of the project are running smoothly.
  15. Assist in budget management and procurement, ensuring costs are within project parameters.
  16. Oversee the handover process after project completion to ensure proper documentation and final payments.
  17. Address any post-project client issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
