We are a dynamic real estate company in the UAE specializing in developer sales of DAMAC, EMAAR, MERAAS and luxury secondary market sales. Currently based in JLT, we are a rapidly expanding and evolving real estate solutions provider and are looking to expand our team to one of the biggest in Dubai. We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Property Sales/Lettings Consultant in Dubai. Your responsibilities include:
- Prospecting new business through warm calling/emailing our existing databases
- Networking to become an area specialist within your assigned community
- Qualifying new leads
- Finding and reaching out to new prospects
- Conducting viewings
- Working in sales or rentals, depending on experience
- Negotiating and finalising deals
- Market Leading Real Estate company with established brand name.
- 50-75% Commission depending on experience and bonus schemes on hitting targets per month.
- Potential to earn way over £250k a year in commission... and of course, tax free!
- Employment visa - RERA card and training
- In-house marketing team to support agents with photography, property listings on portals and social media.
- Admin support for all listings and SIM to make unlimited local and international calls.
- Bonuses and rewards such as free flights per month.

- Proficient in English, advantageous if you can speak other languages.
- Sales Experience in any industry.

- Driving license and car are advantageous but not mandatory.
