Noorka Logistics, a leading provider of innovative supply chain solutions, is looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Dubai. This role is critical to ensuring accurate data management, supporting operational excellence, and maintaining our commitment to precision and reliability. Key Responsibilities:
- Data Input: Accurately enter, update, and maintain logistics and inventory data into the company database.
- Documentation Management: Organize and digitize records, ensuring easy access and proper filing.
- Error Checking: Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness, resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Report Generation: Create and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.
- Collaboration: Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure data aligns with operational activities.
- Compliance Support: Maintain records in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- System Updates: Regularly update databases and systems with the latest information regarding shipments and inventory.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data management or related fields are a plus.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in data entry, preferably in a logistics or supply chain environment.
- Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong typing speed with high accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Language: Fluency in English is required; additional languages are advantageous.
