Do you possess excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Colleagues Accommodation Associate. What are we looking for?

  • Communication Skills.
  • Previous experience in property management or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of housing laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
What will you do?
  • Coordinating maintenance works with the third-party contractors.
  • Daily room inspection to ensure proper cleanliness, hygiene, and other facilities are well maintained.
  • Monitor and update water and electricity consumption for the accommodation.
  • Updating the Notice boards.
  • Supervise cleaning work performed by the outsourced cleaning company (Kitchen, General rooms, Recreation, TV room) and report any irregularities.
  • Liaise with the security guards in monitoring the visitor register and visiting hours.
  • Responsible for the safekeeping of the staff house keys.
  • Keep correct and up-to-date furniture, equipment, utensil, and linen inventories in the staff houses.
  • Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve overall objectives of this position.
  • Evaluate and process housing applications.
  • Conduct eligibility assessments and ensure documentation is complete.
  • Room allocation assignment and welcoming the colleagues from the Airport.
  • Assist and accompany the patients to the hospital during emergencies.
  • Assist the Housing Manager to regularly conduct inspections to ensure proper cleaning and respect of housing rules and regulations.
