Job Description Location : AD Job Type : Full-time, 2-year contract Department : Project Coordination Team Responsibilities
- Oversee interdisciplinary coordination for high-level projects, including commercial malls, airports, stations, and other public buildings.
- Act as the key coordinator for integrating electrical engineering aspects with other disciplines.
- Resolve interdisciplinary conflicts and ensure alignment between all project components.
- Collaborate with architectural, mechanical, and structural teams to achieve seamless project execution.
- Review electrical designs to ensure compliance with overall project requirements and standards.
- Guide team members on electrical-related tasks and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on progress and address challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- 5-10 years of experience in interdisciplinary coordination for large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing projects exceeding AED 200M budget.
- Experience as a team coordinator or interdisciplinary coordinator is preferred.
- Proficiency in tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, or BIM 360 for coordination tasks.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
