• Oversee multi-line production of high-quality components across diverse product categories.
• Enforce and elevate quality standards to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Optimize manufacturing processes without compromising on precision.
• Lead and mentor production teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Develop and implement systems that scale effectively.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
• Analyze production data to identify opportunities for operational improvements.

• Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations.
• Proven leadership in managing production teams.
• Strong skills in production planning and scheduling.
• Expertise in inventory management and supply chain coordination.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and quality control processes.

• Experience in injection or blow molding manufacturing.
• Background in FDA-regulated production environments.
• Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles and implementation.

• Manage multiple production lines delivering precision-engineered products, from medical containers to industrial vessels.
• Collaborate with quality control teams to uphold rigorous standards.
• Oversee material flow and production schedules to meet tight deadlines.
• Lead and develop a skilled team of operators, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Drive operational efficiency while maintaining product quality.
• Partner with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Leverage production metrics to enhance overall performance and output.
