Academic Counselor

A leading Educational Center in Dubai is looking to hire an Academic Counselor with previous experience within the education industry. The candidate will be responsible for the quality of the service provided for the students and for the overall enrollments (meeting sales targets). Responsibilities

1. Manage the daily functions and operation of the center.
2. Prepare weekly performance review and reevaluate processes.
3. Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed.
4. Responsible for the quality of the classes taught for the students.
5. Attain sales targets on a monthly basis.

1. 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
2. Sales or marketing experience within the education industry.
3. Detailed knowledge of international school curriculums in Dubai and KHDA regulations is a must.
4. Strong organizational and communication skills.
5. Strong ability to multitask.
6. Strong ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
7. Comfortable working with students, parents, and teacher groups.
8. Experience in managing people.

1. Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday: From 11:00 A.M till 8:00 P.M.
2. Wednesday: Off.
3. Thursday: Half day from 4:00-8:00 P.M.
4. Friday: 10:00 A.M - 7:00 P.M.

1. Customer Service: 3 years (Preferred).
