As an experienced BIM/CAD drafting service provider, we generate and manage digital 3D models that streamline and automate the decision-making process throughout the project.Founded in 1987 with more than 35+ years of experience.Preparing Detailed Shop Drawings, Cultists & As-builts.Preparing drawings such as wall setting out, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, flooring, joinery, stone, glass, metal, and related details.Prepare shop drawings based on the BOQ and tender drawings and specifications as instructed by Design Coordinator.Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and HVAC drawings and other trades.Manage ongoing revisions and changes as per directions and deadlines. Manage and file drawings.Preparing a detailed cut-list drawing for production as per the approved shop drawing and follow up with production and site installation.Co-ordination & preparation of interior fit-out detailed shop drawings as per site conditions. Dealing inquiries, Quantity take-off, BOQ preparation.Minimum Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Architecture or Civil, Diploma, ITI
