Discover the life that awaits you at Accor, visit https://careers.accor.com/.Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! #BELIMITLESSDescription du posteWe are seeking a dynamic leader who is genuinely passionate about all facets of human resources operations, possessing a strategic vision, exceptional ability to drive results for both employees and the brand, effective communication skills, and the capacity to inspire others.Key Responsibilities:Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Talent & Culture Department, collaborating with senior leadership on implementing the human resources strategy.Foster positive employee relations by cultivating an environment of open communication, trust, mutual respect, and enjoyment.Play an integral role in the Executive Committee, with a focus on coaching, support, employee relations, and overseeing all aspects of administration and reporting.Provide strategic Human Resources support to the Executive Committee and implement policies and procedures aligned with the company's mission and values.Empower and assist departmental leaders and senior managers in developing specific action plans to address issues and concerns identified in employee feedback.Oversee the administration of human resource programs, including compensation, benefits, leaves, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, performance and talent management, productivity, recognition, morale, occupational health and safety, and training and development.Collaborate on developing the annual Talent & Culture budget and manage day-to-day expenses, month-end reporting, and Talent & Culture accounts forecasting.Oversee and manage all recruitment in accordance with company policies and procedures.Monitor and ensure the organization's compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, as well as recommended best practices; review and modify policies and practices to maintain compliance.Handle employee discipline and terminations in accordance with company policy.Champion committees such as Employee Recognition and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.Ensure compliance with Accor/Fairmont policies and local legislation in all aspects of the human resources function, conducting appropriate audits.Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service.Perform other duties as assigned.Informations supplémentairesDiversity & Inclusion for Accor means welcoming each and everyone and respecting their differences by giving priority only to qualities and skills in extending employment and development opportunities.Our ambition is to provide meaningful employment, a warm and welcoming culture, excellent working conditions and to promote the development of all people, including those with disabilities.Do not hesitate to let us know of any specific needs you may have so that we can take them into consideration.
