A prestigious property client is seeking a Legal Director to steer their Real Estate and M&A (Development) matters on an international scale. This role offers the chance to provide strategic direction for the Group's Legal function, focusing on Real Estate Development (excluding Construction), Finance (Capital Markets), and Real Estate Global Cross Border transactions. This is a unique chance to shape the legal landscape of a leading organisation and influence high-stakes, multi-million dollar transactions.Key Responsibilities:Provide legal support for senior management on major corporate transactions, including international M&A, joint ventures, investments, real estate finance, and deal negotiations.Manage and mentor a small team of lawyers, offering direction and guidance.Ensure compliance and strategic alignment with the Group's overall objectives.Candidate Profile:This role is ideally suited for a Senior Real Estate M&A Senior Associate at Partner Level from a US or UK law firm, eager to transition to an in-house position.
