Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is looking for a Group Sales Director that will lead the sales team to achieve the group's sales targets and work closely with the CEO on strategic growth initiatives. This role is crucial for expanding our market presence and managing key client relationships.Responsibilities:Achieve annual sales and gross margin targetsManage direct sales with multinational companies and key accountsTrain and develop the sales team on product knowledge and strategiesNegotiate contracts with suppliers and key clientsIdentify new business opportunities and assess market potentialPrepare consolidated sales reports and action plans for all branchesRepresent the CEO at industry events and conferencesQualifications:Engineering degree required; MBA preferred15 years in people management, 10 years in sales or technical product management, with 4 years in engineeringStrong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities; proficiency in Arabic, English, and FrenchProactive, autonomous, and dedicated to team development and continuous improvement
