Solution Architecture (LeanIX ) -(3-Months)-(Contract)

BlackStone eIT is seeking a skilled Solution Architect with expertise in LeanIX for a 6-month contract position. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in leveraging LeanIX to transform and optimize our enterprise architecture practices. You will work closely with various stakeholders to assess, design, and implement solutions that enhance visibility and control over IT landscapes.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with business leaders to understand their requirements and develop LeanIX strategies that align with organizational goalsDesign and implement LeanIX solutions that help visualize IT architecture and enhance decision-making processesConduct assessments of current enterprise architecture practices and recommend improvementsFacilitate workshops and training sessions to educate teams on LeanIX capabilities and best practicesDefine and document architecture standards, guidelines, and principlesProvide ongoing support for LeanIX implementation and maintenance, ensuring adherence to best practicesWork closely with cross-functional teams to ensure an integrated approach to enterprise architectureMonitor and analyze the performance of the LeanIX solutions and provide regular reports to stakeholdersRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field3+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture with a strong focus on LeanIXIn-depth knowledge of LeanIX features and functionalitiesExperience with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or ZachmanStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholdersProven ability to lead workshops and facilitate discussions around enterprise architectureFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and project management principlesAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentAvailable to start immediately and commit to the 6-month contract durationBenefits:Paid Time OffPerformance BonusTraining & Development
