Our 9000+ colleagues of 105 nationalities are united by a shared independent spirit and commitment to excellence, striving to continuously enrich our Maison's heritage by pushing the boundaries of creativity.How will you make an impact?As a true ambassador of Cartier, you will implement the Marketing and CRM strategy and action plans for the UAE market to support the growing business, providing product and client insights to help identify priorities, design and articulation of the marketing, communication and client strategy whilst playing a key role in the transversal teams across MCC and Commercial.In this role, you will lead the data & CRM to define and deploy strategies to maximize engagement, conversion, and client retention, and adapt worldwide campaigns and design local campaigns to address market needs and client journeys. As a key leadership position, you and your teams will further support the UAE boutique network in optimizing their clientelling actions and developing their loyal clients. Alongside your team, you will define local product strategy in line with international guidelines, analyze UAE activity on product segments, review budget proposals and action plans, monitor categories performance, and implement action plans to ensure growth in our core business. As part of this role, you will lead a large team and are comfortable with people management.How will you experience success with us?Seeing this opportunity as a long-term career with us, you will be fluent in English with excellent communication skills to collaborate with both colleagues and clients - Arabic and/or French is a plus but not essential. You bring with you a minimum of 10 years experience in Marketing, specifically product marketing, with strong experience in CRM from the luxury industry. You are naturally curious about the luxury industry with a passion for storytelling & client journeys with a client-centric mind-set. As a people manager, you have led large teams in your career, and are an inspiring leader able to lead with impact.
