Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the commercial strategy for the MEIA (Middle East, Europe, India and Americas) region, aligning with the overall company objectives and brand standards.Lead and manage a team of regional professionals across various commercial functions, including sales, marketing, communications and public relations, media, creative, and analytics.Drive profitable revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on source market opportunities, implementing effective segment specific strategies.Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans to enhance brand awareness and drive both customer acquisition and retention.Collaborate with the global teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging, marketing campaigns, and customer experience across all channels.Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition.Ensure effective utilization of data analytics and technology tools to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize business performance.Provide leadership and guidance in crisis management, reputation management, and public relations activities to protect and enhance the company's brand image.Present regular reports to the Regional Head of Operations and MEIA leadership team highlighting key performance indicators, market trends, and revenue projections.Position QualificationsIndustry experience: A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.Commercial Leadership: Proven experience in commercial strategy, sales, and marketing within the hospitality sector.Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and implement long-term strategies to drive business growth and profitability.Sales and Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding of sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and revenue management techniques.Leadership and Team Management: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage large teams effectively.
