Looking for Registered Nurse - LTCU at NMC in UAECompany - NMCRequired Experience - 2 years minimum clinical experienceLocation - Abu Dhabi, United Arab EmiratesJob DescriptionDesignation: Registered Nurse - LTCUIndustry Type: Medical/ Hospital/HealthcareJob Period: Full TimeResponsibilities:Performs all aspects of patient care in an environment that optimizes patient safety and reduces the likelihood of health care errors.Provides direct care and related duties in NMC Provita and maintains current knowledge of nursing practice and standards.Plans, implements and evaluates nursing care given to assigned patient in an effective and organized manner.Provides for the physical, psychological and social needs of the patient and families. Is familiar with, and understands, the Severe Care Domains of DOH.Consults with other departments as appropriate to provide a multidisciplinary approach to the patient's needs.Communicates appropriately and clearly to Charge Nurse, Shift in Charge, coworkers and other members of the multidisciplinary team.Contributes to the improvement of services.Evaluates own and others' work when needed.Makes suggestions to improve services.Requirements:Develops own skills and knowledge and provides information to others to help their development.Recognizes the necessity to continuously develop skills and acquire additional knowledge appropriate to the position.Attends training sessions offered by NMC ProVita, and upholds professional portfolio and 20 CME per year as required for licensure.Dresses appropriately to the expectations of the specific work areas and Occupational Health and Safety Policy.Communicates with a range of people on a range of matters.Maintains confidentiality of all information in accordance with NMC ProVita policy and UAE Professional Code of Conduct for Nurses.Active Basic Life Support training. Current valid registration in country of training and/or country of last employment.Desired Candidate Profile:Qualification: Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing in home country.License: Eligible for DOH licensing.About Company:NMC Healthcare is one of the largest private healthcare networks in the United Arab Emirates, and the third largest in Oman.
