Dubai, United Arab Emirates | Posted on 14/02/2024â– Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity policies, procedures, and best practices specific to Hybrid Cloud environments.â– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess security requirements, identify vulnerabilities, and establish risk management protocols.â– Lead the planning, implementation, and maintenance of security measures such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, encryption protocols, etc.â– Enforce implementation of ISO/IEC 27001 standards across the IT landscape of the organization.â– Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to proactively identify and mitigate potential threats or breaches.â– Stay updated with the latest security technologies, trends, and standards, and make strategic recommendations to enhance our security posture.â– Oversee incident response and recovery procedures, ensuring swift and effective responses to security incidents.â– Mentor and guide junior team members, providing technical expertise and fostering a culture of cybersecurity awareness across the organization.Requirementsâ– Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a plus.â– Proven experience (10 years) in cybersecurity roles with a focus on managing Hybrid Cloud environments in complex enterprise settings.â– In-depth knowledge of cloud security principles, tools, and technologies (e.g., Azure, Google Cloud).â– Strong understanding of network security, encryption, identity and access management, and threat intelligence.â– Relevant Experience in:Installing and configuring networks switch and firewall.Switching/L2 Technologies such as STP, PVST, PVST+, RSTP, MSTP, VTP, VLAN.Routing/L3 Technologies such as RIP, OSPF, EIGRP, Frame-Relay, HSRP, VRRP.Installation and configuration of Site-to-site VPN connectivity.Installing, configuring, administering, and deploying Windows Server-based systems.Design, implement, and maintain Azure cloud-based solutions.Implement Azure Active Directory and role-based access control (RBAC).Configure Azure Site Recovery for disaster recovery and business continuity.â– Proficiency in security assessment tools, penetration testing, and incident response methodologies.â– Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.â– Demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving threats and security landscape, and to develop innovative security solutions.
