We are seeking a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to drive digital transformation initiatives and oversee technology strategy at a leading financial institution in the region. This pivotal role is responsible for aligning technology with business objectives and managing a large team to enhance operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute the bank's technology strategy to support business goals.Lead a team of over 450 professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.Oversee cloud initiatives and drive digital transformation projects across the organization.Identify and implement emerging technology trends that can create new business models.Collaborate with senior management to ensure technology investments deliver optimal value.Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize service delivery.Key Requirements:Candidates with global experience focusing on the Central European region.Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced certifications in technology or management are a plus.Minimum of 15 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry, with a focus on IT leadership.Proven experience managing large teams, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.Strong background in cloud technologies, digital transformation, and technology trends.Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.Interested candidates, please apply to this advertisement directly or send your CV to (Confidential Information)*Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted*
