Consultant Psychiatrist

Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, including diagnostic assessments and treatment planning.Provide evidence-based treatment and care to clients, including medication management and therapy.Collaborate with other mental health professionals, such as psychologists and social workers, to develop an integrated treatment plan.Monitor and review treatment progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated with the latest advancements in the field of psychiatry.Educate clients, their families, and the community on mental health issues and promote mental well-being.Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and participate in clinical audits as required.Adhere to ethical and professional standards and ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies.Participate in team meetings and case conferences to discuss and review client cases.QualificationsMedical degree with specialty training in psychiatry.Current and valid license to practice psychiatry.Excellent knowledge and understanding of psychiatric disorders and evidence-based treatments.Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical psychiatry.Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and collaborate effectively.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in using electronic health records and other relevant computer systems.What We OfferA dynamic and supportive work environment.Competitive compensation package.Continuous learning and professional development opportunities.Opportunity to work with a diverse clientele and a multidisciplinary team.Flexibility in schedule and the option to work remotely.
