Practice Head - Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

Job Title: Practice Head – Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Job Location: Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, or Delhi NCR Experience Range: 15 - 22 years Job Responsibilities:

• Build and grow the GCP practice by setting up a team of at least 10 members within the first 3 months of joining and positioning it as a market leader in India and GCC regions.
• Own the P&L for the practice, ensuring profitability, revenue growth, and cost efficiencies.
• Drive sales enablement by building a strong pipeline and positioning GCP as a strategic enabler for cloud transformation.
• Deliver innovative and scalable GCP solutions, focusing on cloud migration, data modernization, and AI/ML.
• Develop trusted client relationships, acting as a strategic advisor for their digital transformation initiatives.
• Leverage partnerships with GCP to generate leads, manage pipelines, and stay updated with the latest technologies.

• Minimum of 15 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing large teams and P&L.
• Proven expertise in consulting, solution design, and implementation of GCP-based cloud solutions.
• Hands-on experience with GCP services such as Compute Engine, BigQuery, Cloud AI, Kubernetes, and Anthos.
• Strong knowledge of cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, and data engineering practices.
• Demonstrated success in scaling cloud practices, building sales pipelines, and driving business growth.
• Well-versed and well-connected in the Indian market and GCC regions, with a strong professional network.
• GCP certifications (e.g., Professional Cloud Architect, Data Engineer) are highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills, with the ability to engage confidently with C-level executives.
