Job Description

1. Finance:

Implement and manage financial modules in the Oracle EBS system, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Asset Management, and Cash Management.
Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle EBS solutions.
Customize and configure Oracle EBS applications in line with corporate processes and objectives.
Conduct regular audits and analysis to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Provide technical and leadership support to end-users and resolve system-related issues.
Prepare training materials and deliver training sessions for users and team members.
Ensure seamless integration of Oracle EBS with other corporate systems and applications.
Stay updated with the latest Oracle EBS developments and recommend system enhancements.

2. Human Resources:

Implement, configure, and maintain HR modules in Oracle EBS to enhance HR operations and ensure efficiency.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to analyze business needs and develop tailored solutions that meet organizational requirements.
Ensure seamless integration of HR modules in Oracle EBS with other enterprise systems and provide technical support and issue resolution.
Conduct periodic system audits and manage updates, upgrades, and data migration processes.
Prepare comprehensive training documents and conduct sessions to ensure effective use of Oracle EBS functionalities.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user experience.
Stay updated with Oracle EBS updates and industry trends to apply best practices and improve system efficiency.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, focusing on financial or HR modules.
Oracle certifications related to EBS in Finance or HR are preferred.
Strong understanding of financial and/or HR processes and reporting.
Proven ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle solutions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication skills with a leadership personality capable of managing teams and collaborating effectively in team environments.
