Customer Service Ambassador

"> As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality meals and exceptional customer service to our residents. This casual position offers flexibility, with shift times ranging from 9am to 8pm. You will be part of a friendly and supportive team, working in a fast-paced hospitality environment to provide a happy social environment for our residents. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for building relationships, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $34.58, including 25% casual loading and relevant award entitlements. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to residents during meal service times Assist in the daily preparation of meals, including food presentation and plating Deliver food and beverages to residents in a timely and courteous manner Maintain a clean and safe dining environment, adhering to kitchen and restaurant hygiene practices Requirements: Previous experience in a fast-paced hospitality or customer service environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Current Police check and minimum two (2) COVID-19 vaccinations About Us: Aveo is committed to creating thriving communities that support the independence and well-being of our residents.
