System architecture manager

Completed BA degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, applied mathematics or any technology related field. Experience Certified in, or experience with, an Enterprise Architecture framework such as Togaf or DYA; Knowledge of DMBOK; Broad expertise in IT including areas such as development, integration, data warehousing, and business intelligence; Experience with architecture tools such as Archi, Aris, Enterprise Architect, and Power Designer; Excellent verbal and written communication skills (both in Portuguese and English). English is mandatory; Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills; Ability to translate business vision and strategy into an architectural vision and roadmap; Financial services or Banking experience is highly preferred; Solid experience in business information systems and developing enterprise (and data processing). Hours : 40 hours per week Job Type : Intern Hybrid Strategic Objectives The Architecture Chapter safeguards the security and effectiveness of Rabobank's process, application, data, and infrastructure landscape. This is achieved by delivering future state and current state documentation as well as transformation roadmaps and other decision-making support. IT Architects design the Rabobank system landscape and a blueprint for the information architecture based on technological developments and the bank's needs. IT Architects usually work on a specific domain and design IT solutions based on business requirements and existing information technology. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Driving solutions according to the Enterprise Architecture; Translating business strategy and technological innovations into an architectural landscape; Managing and guiding the Architecture Chapter team; Assessing and optimizing the regional (South America) application landscape; Describing and maintaining the (de)commissioning roadmap; Defining the IT architecture, assessing architectural proposals, and overseeing implementations; Monitoring compliance to Enterprise Architecture and Target Architecture together with business and IT; Organizing the decision-making on proposed deviations of Target Architecture; Driving backlogs to solve architectural (technical) debts and deviations; Participating in global architecture boards to assess strategic documents and register deviations; Supporting local and global projects and innovation initiatives; Aligning the architecture vision with the management team and the local Squads.
