Sales Supervisor

Job Description: * Train and develop sales staff: Ensure that sales representatives have the skills and knowledge to be successful

• Create and implement sales strategies: Develop plans to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Manage sales goals and quotas: Communicate sales goals to the sales team and monitor their performance
• Ensure customer satisfaction: Resolve customer complaints and provide an excellent customer experience
• Motivate and inspire sales representatives: Provide coaching and feedback to help the sales team improve
• Monitor sales performance: Track individual and team performance and report on it to management
• Maintain inventory: Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels
• Prepare reports: Create reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel
