Job Summary: Under the general supervision and directly reporting to the Operations Manager for Recruitment and Recruitment Manager handles sourcing and recruitment matter relevant to any Recruitment Mission.
Duties & Responsibilities: Accepts and Encode CV of applicants.
Assigns Computer Number of applicant.
Responsible for mobilization and lining up of applicant based qualifications before client interview.
Make CV preparation and transmittal for review by the supervisor before sending to employer.
Ensure and coordinate with applicants regarding schedule date of interview.
Assist the immediate supervisors or Branch Manager during interview mission.
Prepare and Submit Client Interview Report after every recruitment mission.
Responsible for the filing, scanning Client Interview Report in PDF form.
Responsible for the updating of applicants record in the IRIS.
Performs other functions that may from time to time assigned by her immediate superior.
