We are currently hiring for "Sales Manager" with a leading startup based out in Bangalore. Role:- You’ll drive revenue growth by building relationships with key decision-makers.This role requires a deep understanding of complex sales cycles, customer-centric solution selling, and the ability to influence high-level stakeholders. Key Skills:- • You have a strong background in B2B enterprise sales, particularly in SaaS solutions related to Asset Performance Management and Predictive Analytic for industrial or technical markets. • You are passionate about digital transformation in heavy industries and understand the impact of predictive maintenance on operational efficiency. • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are driven to exceed sales targets. • You possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills, enabling you to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles and establish long-term client relationships. • You are self-motivated, resilient, and can think strategically to adapt your approach based on client needs. Job Description:- • Drive new business development and lead the entire sales process from prospecting to closing for enterprise clients. • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points in industries such as Oil & Gas, Chemicals, and Energy. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at target accounts. • Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure client satisfaction. • Prepare and deliver presentations, product demos, and proposals that effectively communicate the value. • Conduct contract negotiations and work towards securing profitable, long-term partnerships. • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs. • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management within our CRM system. Experience:- • 8+ years of sales experience in B2B enterprise SaaS, ideally within industries like Oil & Gas, Chemicals, or Energy. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and closing large enterprise deals. • Experience in managing complex sales cycles and working with multiple stakeholders
