Doka, a world leader in formwork solutions and services, is seeking a Senior Engineer to oversee engineering projects and ensure efficient completion. The ideal candidate will be passionate about their work, driven to succeed, and eager to learn and grow from experience. Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple projects and engineering teams.
Provide leadership and promote knowledge sharing and training.
Analyze structural drawings from clients.
Implement formwork solutions for complex projects.
Design special formwork in AutoCAD.
Create formwork designs for customer presentations.
Propose economical and technical solutions.
Conduct advanced static calculations and analysis.
Produce material lists, offer drawings, and shop drawings.
Assist Sales Engineers with site visits and client presentations.
Coordinate timely delivery of shop drawings.
Address technical issues with clients.
Coordinate with other involved departments.

Qualifications:

Technical or Civil Engineering qualification.
AutoCAD and formwork knowledge.
At least 5 years of experience in formwork engineering and statics.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Team player with attention to detail and economic awareness.
Ability to work independently and manage projects and stakeholders.
Project management experience and knowledge.
Decision-making, delegation, and presentation skills.
Desire to learn and improve knowledge and skills.
Adaptability, openness to change, and ability to manage it.
Understanding of business models and cross-functional collaboration.
Logistics and contract management knowledge.
Dynamic work environment valuing teamwork, innovation, and personal development.
Training and continuous employee development for expertise and competitiveness.
