Job Description - SR Team Manager - Cooling (00999U) The Field Services Representative Team Manager is responsible for ensuring services are delivered to customers on time, with the highest quality standards, and within the defined budget. Throughout the activity, the FSR Team Manager is accountable for ensuring the full safety of employees, maintaining a focus on creating a totally safe execution environment.

Responsibilities

Foster a “Safety first” culture among the team by leading by example, deploying all safety policies and procedures, and conducting required safety audits.
Ensure that every mission is delivered under perfect safe conditions and request necessary adjustments from the customer.
Ensure the team’s cyber security is fully compliant and report any incidents.
Manage the planning and coordination of interventions.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and promote digital services offers.
Responsible for quality, repair FSB implementation, and warranty customer support.
Ensure compliance with the “Issue to Prevention” process for supply chain and quality issues detected in the field.
Ensure each FSR complies with all administrative processes, including time sheet adherence, Field Services Reporting, and travel time control.
Promote FSR business generation capabilities, including lead generation and install base tracking.
Ensure full adoption and utilization of digital tools like Servicesmax Go, onsite, clocking, Tipi.
Deploy the Annual Execution Plan and FS lean initiatives to support country services P&L performance.
Implement a relevant management system to ensure perfect collaboration and team dynamics.
Track and implement an ambitious employee engagement action plan to ensure high satisfaction and a psychologically safe working environment.
Ensure long-term competency availability within the team and anticipate competency evolution using dedicated tools and processes.
Manage headcount through dynamic sourcing and attrition plans to ensure appropriate work capability within the team.

Qualifications

Certified on most of SE Cooling Install Base (Chillers, Fan Wall Units, CRAC, etc.), preferred L4 level.
Ability to upskill and transfer knowledge to other team members.
Language: Fluent in both English & Arabic.
Preferred knowledge/experience on Uptime Certification.
