Job Title: Digital Media Expert/Ad Accounts Expert:Location: LahoreCore Vision International Pvt Ltd. is looking for highly energetic, and talented digital media specialist to join our rapidly growing E-commerce team based in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated to increase revenue and have a history of strong ROI working in Facebook, Pinterest, Reddit, LinkedIn Ads Manager and other social media platforms. As an Ad Specialist, you'll implement, optimize and report on pre-shared strategies shared by our experts for our clients. Job Description:• Developing the overall funnel strategy for clients on the social mediums to ensure both the ad account and website are optimized for the highest conversion rate possible• Installing and managing Facebook pixels• Deliver Targeted Ads on social media platforms• Creating custom audiences and lookalike audiences with organic and paid campaigns• Building out campaign frameworks within ad accounts• Writing ad copy that drives conversions• Scaling and Optimizing Campaigns• Increased brand awareness• Will handle multiple different media buying tasks and several ad accounts on an on-going basis• Drive more traffic to the business's website or online store.• Encourage conversions like newsletter sign-ups, ticket sales or purchases.• Teamwork ability but can work alone when needed• Providing reports to Project Managers, which includes ad spend, CPA, and ROAS data as well as creative direction for clients and e-commerce stores• Work with design team to coordinate graphic design projects.• Work with writing team to generate catchy content for optimization and conversion• Communicate with Project Manager to ensure deadlines are met.• Work with web development team to produce Conversion Rate Optimization audits of websites• Work with team to improve internal processes. Experience:MUST HAVE:• Self-starter, motivated, and able to take initiative and work independently.• Strong verbal and written communication skills• Ability to prioritize multiple projects, work under pressure, and meet multiple deadlines.• Ad Account Experience (Facebook, Pinterest, Reddit, LinkedIn).• E-commerce experience• Analytical mindset• Pure implementation strategy• Experience in basic design platforms (i.e. Canva)• Experience in the subscription box industry is a plus• Potential to follow instructions and lead at the same time• Experience with WordPress, Squarespace, ClickFunnels, Webflow and other web building platforms is a plus• Bachelors/ Masters Degree in Marketing, Communications, or other relevant fields.
