• Brand Storytelling : Develop and execute a compelling brand story that connects with audiences across formats like reels, statics, podcasts, and long-form videos on platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Creative Leadership : Lead and manage a cross-functional creative team, including graphic designers, videographers, photographers, editors, copywriters, and content creators.
• Content Strategy : Build and organize content into actionable buckets and IPs that drive brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
• Team Building : Assemble and mentor a team to deliver high-quality creative and content output while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Collaboration Management : Spearhead online and offline collaborations, including influencer partnerships, brand alliances, and community-building initiatives.
• Event Planning : Conceptualize and execute unique brand activations and events (e.g., “Your Happy Yoga”) to drive offline engagement and brand awareness.
• Social Media and Campaign Management : Oversee content planning and campaign execution across platforms, ensuring alignment with the brand’s core identity.
• Innovation and Trends : Stay ahead of emerging trends in beauty, wellness, and D2C branding, integrating innovative approaches into creative strategies.

• Industry Experience : 8+ years of experience in brand strategy, storytelling, and creative direction, with a background in a D2C brand, preferably in the beauty and personal care sector.
• Storytelling Expertise : Proven ability to develop and execute impactful narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
• Creative Vision : Exceptional skills in visualizing and building content across various formats and channels.
• Leadership : Experience leading and mentoring high-performing teams in creative and content roles.
• Collaborative Mindset : Demonstrated success in managing influencer partnerships, brand collaborations, and event planning.
• Strategic Thinking : Ability to align content strategy with brand objectives and customer needs.
• Digital Proficiency : Deep understanding of digital platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn, and their role in content dissemination.
