Ensuring due diligence and compliance is performed. Generation of reports, maintenance and upkeep of documents and records. Sending of filing deadline reminders to clients. Prepare billings and monitor debt recovery. Answering of phone calls, arrangement of courier service. Other ad-hoc services when required. Qualifications Degree or Diploma holder. Completed or pursuing SAICSA or relevant post graduate/professional qualifications will be of advantage. Experience in administrative support for accounting, corporate secretarial firms, or legal firms will be advantageous. High professional integrity. Meticulous attention to fine detail. Computer proficiency and quick to adapt to technology. Proficiency in written and spoken English. Must be able to work independently and interpedently. Team player.
