Dubai British School Jumeirah Park is seeking a Temporary Head of Early Years (Maternity Cover) to join their leading British international school from April 2025. Dubai British School Jumeirah Park Foundation (DBF) is seeking a Temporary Head of Early Years to join our thriving school in the sought-after location of Jumeirah Islands. DBF is a modern, custom-built campus offering the Early Years Foundation Stages One and Two of The National Curriculum for England and is the feeder school to Dubai British School Jumeirah Park. This is an excellent opportunity for a suitably qualified individual who is passionate and forward-thinking and who will thrive in our outstanding learning environment. The core purpose of this role is to provide professional, highly effective leadership and management that will achieve outstanding results in all aspects of Foundation Stage life. The Head of Early Years promotes an inspiring vision and clear direction that is shared by all members of the Foundation Stage and the Senior Leadership Team. Ultimately, the Head of Early Years is responsible for ensuring that the curriculum, teaching, and assessment practices inspire outstanding levels of engagement, achievement, and progress for young students of all abilities in a nurturing environment. Education: Undergraduate degree and post-graduate teaching certification with additional educational management qualifications. Experience: 3 years’ school management/leadership in a similar setting.
