About the Role: As an Area Coach, you will oversee multiple KFC restaurants within your assigned area. Your mission will be to inspire and empower our restaurant teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales growth, and achieve operational excellence. This is a pivotal leadership role where your strategic vision, coaching skills, and business acumen will shape the success of our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operational Leadership:
o Ensure each restaurant consistently meets or exceeds company standards in quality, service, cleanliness, and profitability.
o Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement effective strategies.
• Team Development:
o Recruit, train, and mentor Restaurant Managers, fostering a culture of continuous development and high performance.
o Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to support team growth.
• Customer Focus:
o Champion an unwavering commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience across all locations.
o Address customer feedback proactively to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Financial Management:
o Develop and manage budgets for each restaurant in your area.
o Optimize financial performance through effective cost control, labor management, and sales growth initiatives.
• Compliance and Standards:
o Ensure adherence to health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
o Uphold KFC’s brand standards and policies across all operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a multi-unit management role, ideally within the quick-service restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset with a track record of achieving business goals.
- Flexibility to travel within your assigned area and work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for delivering excellence and a customer-first attitude.
- Good communication in IsiZulu.
- A qualification in Business Administration would be an advantage.
