  • Strategic Advice: Provide recommendations to the president on university-wide initiatives and propose improvements.
  • Departmental Oversight: Supervise staff activities in administrative departments, ensuring seamless operations and effective resource allocation.
  • Process Improvement: Streamline administrative processes, facilitate efficient accomplishment, and secure required approvals.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the development team to create and implement academic strategic plans, driving growth and excellence.
  • Financial Management: Oversee all financial matters, including collections, budgets, and expenditures.
  • Campus Maintenance: Manage buildings, grounds, repairs, construction, and remodeling projects to maintain a safe and conducive learning environment.
  • Purchasing and Procurement: Supervise purchasing activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and optimal resource allocation.
  • Staff Management: Directly manage staff salaries, benefits, visas, housing, and government personnel regulations, ensuring fairness and adherence to policies.
  • Personnel Operations: Oversee recruitment, contracting, termination, training, development, and induction programs for administrative staff, as well as disciplinary actions.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit annual reports on administrative and financial operations to the president.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be considered for this esteemed position, you must possess a recognized Ph.D. from a reputable institution aligned with Article 39 of the HEC Resolution No. 206/2023. Additionally, you should have suitable academic and administrative experience, as well as a strong professional reputation.
