Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the construction project, including budgeting, scheduling, materials procurement, and subcontractor management.
• Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring that deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are clearly defined and executed.
• Monitor progress and identify potential risks or issues that may impact the project timeline or budget.
• Communicate regularly with team members to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or challenges.
• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards.
• Prepare progress reports for senior management.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to ensure cost-effective solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Proven leadership abilities with the ability to effectively manage a team.
• Proficient in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
