Scope of Job (1) To do day-to-day operations in ordering, inventory movement and warehouse operation. (2) Explore, initiate and implement activities to improve quality, productivity and process. Essential Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure effective and timely implementation of all Logistics daily operational goals inclusive of Shipping functions and Inventory Management.
  2. Ensure proper incoming and outgoing cargo control via in house CIGMA system, including twice yearly stock-take activities.
  3. Ensure to keep proper stock level with considering demand and lead time.
  4. Establish and manage relations with warehouses.
  5. Ensure smooth operation of 3PL warehouse and payment control.
  6. Ensure smooth control on packaging related issues.
  7. Negotiate with suppliers, customers and external parties.
  8. Support standardization of processes to accelerate logistics and enhance efficiencies.
  9. Resolve problems concerning logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues.
  10. Monitor team to develop, articulate and maintain logistic process documentation.
  11. Report all information and business decisions to upper management and provide updates, as requested.
Minimum Requirements: (1) Degree from Logistics, Supply Chain industry or related discipline. (2) About 4-5 years of relevant working experience in Dubai, especially inventory control. (3) Able to work under pressure and independently with minimum supervision. (4) Possess demonstrated inter-personal and communication skills. (5) Able to self-motivate and work independently. (6) Good command of written and spoken English and able to communicate effectively with different levels and overseas counterparts. (7) Positive, logical thinking, resourceful, well-organised, able to multi-task and possess strong problem-solving skills. (8) Committed to work assignment with good attendance. (9) Good command of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. (10) Able to establish goals and see them through to completion. (11) Ability to follow through with quality on all policies and procedures.
