Scope of Job (1) To do day-to-day operations in ordering, inventory movement and warehouse operation. (2) Explore, initiate and implement activities to improve quality, productivity and process. Essential Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective and timely implementation of all Logistics daily operational goals inclusive of Shipping functions and Inventory Management.
- Ensure proper incoming and outgoing cargo control via in house CIGMA system, including twice yearly stock-take activities.
- Ensure to keep proper stock level with considering demand and lead time.
- Establish and manage relations with warehouses.
- Ensure smooth operation of 3PL warehouse and payment control.
- Ensure smooth control on packaging related issues.
- Negotiate with suppliers, customers and external parties.
- Support standardization of processes to accelerate logistics and enhance efficiencies.
- Resolve problems concerning logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues.
- Monitor team to develop, articulate and maintain logistic process documentation.
- Report all information and business decisions to upper management and provide updates, as requested.
