Pinar Arabia, a renowned name in the dairy and food industry, famous for its iconic brand Pinar and with strong roots in Turkiye, is looking for an experienced FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced FP&A Analyst with strong financial acumen, SAP proficiency, and expertise in financial forecasting and S&OP processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial planning, analysis, and reporting. This role plays a key part in supporting strategic decision-making and optimizing financial performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform variance analysis on actuals vs. forecasts, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop financial models to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with supply chain and sales teams to support the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
- Utilize SAP for financial data management, reporting, and analysis.
- Assist in rolling out monthly and annual financial forecasts.
- Support cost analysis, financial performance reporting, and budget management.
- Participate in the preparation of management presentations and executive reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, financial forecasting, and analysis.
- Proficiency in SAP is a must.
- Experience in S&OP processes and financial roll-outs preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
