1. Meeting with the HR department managerEnsure understanding of the workforce requirements and their prioritization.2. Interviews and Hiring ProcessCreate a tailored recruitment plan that aligns with the department's needs.Review the sourcing strategy, including the use of LinkedIn and similar platforms, recruitment agencies, social media, and professional networks.Ensure that screening, shortlisting, conducting interviews, and selection of candidates are done efficiently within the agreed upon KPIs.Participate effectively in key interviews to ensure the selection of the right and qualified candidates.3. Offer Management and NegotiationsAssist with the preparation of packs, job offers, including salary, benefits, and other terms of employment.Facilitate negotiations with the selected candidate to ensure mutual agreement.4. Onboarding SupportCoordinate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.Provide necessary documentation and support for new employees to integrate into the organization.Desired Candidate Profile1. Support the Talent Acquisition (Recruitment) SectionWork closely with the Credentialing and Licensing function, which is embedded within the Talent Acquisition Section.Ensure that key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the recruitment process are achieved.Participate effectively in the bi-weekly recruitment meetings held with the directors of the departments and ensure to fulfill their requirements and needs.2.
