At Technip Energies, we aim to offer an inspiring working experience: tackling some of the most complex technical and engineering challenges in the world in collaboration with a truly global team.Job Purpose:Provide technical and project execution servicesEstablish the highest standard of technical knowhowBasic and detailed engineering of Architectural aspects for offshore buildings and LQs, both Brownfield and Greenfield.Reporting Lines and Interactions:Functionally reports to: HOD - Offshore StructuresProfile Must Have:Minimum bachelor's degree in architecture discipline10 to 15 years' experience in Offshore Architectural ProjectsMinimum of five years' experience as Senior / Lead Structural Engineer for Offshore ProjectsMinimum of five years' experience in Offshore Brownfield structural engineeringHands-on experience on Offshore buildings, LQ'sExperience in the Gulf regionExperience in Leading teamsInternational codes and standardsProficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office software. Familiarity with other 3D modelling software is an advantage.Nice to Have:Extensive Offshore Oil and gas experience.Experience as Lead Architect on Offshore ProjectsKnowledge of QCS and NFPA would be preferredMain Accountabilities:Result-driven Architect specializing in Architectural, Interior Design, Fit-out works, General Contracting & Design Engineering for Offshore Projects.Experienced in producing precise and detailed drawings for Infrastructure & Energy-related Project Buildings of medium to high complexity.Committed to delivering excellence and meeting client specifications.Experience in FEED and EPC ProjectsAble to perform and assist various projects undertaken by the Company.Able to perform and develop Architectural design layouts, basis of design, specifications and CAD drawings.Review and validation of design deliverables for projects of medium to high complexity with clients and authorities, capturing feedback and acquiring approvals, as needed.Lead the design process from conceptual phase through to construction documentation and ensure the design idea is consistent and accurately executed.Perform any other tasks delegated by the Lead Engineer/ Project Lead from time to time.Prepare, update and check calculations for architectural design and other specifications on schedule and within the allocated manhour/budget.Well versed in regulatory requirements with regard to Offshore building design and experience in handling authority submission would be an advantage.Detail-oriented and knowledgeable in industry standards and best practices to ensure high-quality results.Involve in preparation of architectural and structural detail drawings, revisions of drawings as per mark-ups and prepare Bill of quantities for architectural, structural steel works 3D Model.Proactively check and coordinate project documents (including but not limited to multi-disciplinary drawings, design reports, technical specifications, etc.) and ensure they meet Client requirements and Industry Standards.Ensure all architectural design and drawings meet contractual technical specifications, quality and HSE objectives of the project.Knowledge of PFP's for Offshore buildings and LQ's.Offshore Site Survey.Fabrication and Site Inspection.Coordination with Structural Engineers and Structural deliverables for Buildings and LQ details.Coordination of all Architectural and Structural drawings with regards to Interior Design.Excellent in time management, interfaces and coordination skills with other discipline specialist engineers and possibly project support functions such as procurement and planning.Able to manage multiple deadlines and able to work under minimum supervision.Provides guidance and mentoring to drafters and designers.Middle East experience and working knowledge of design and construction practices specific to this region.Collaborate closely, where appropriate, with members of the external design team and other associated organizations or companies or vendors.Implementing SID "Safety in Design" principles throughout the design process and ensuring ISO 9001 Quality Assurance Structure throughout projects.Your Future at Technip Energies:Potential career path, if possibleGlobal mobility opportunities if relevantTraining and developmentDiverse and international team if relevantLearn More About Technip Energies:Learn more about us and find other open positions at our Career Page.Follow us on LinkedIn for company updates.
