Business Director – Digital Mindshare, an agency of GroupM, the world's largest media investment company and part of WPP, is looking for a highly skilled professional to join their team. As a Business Director – Digital, you will be responsible for bringing valuable insights to clients based on a deep understanding of their business. Client Leaders will enable clients to understand Mindshare's perspectives using jargon-free language, set the vision and working plan for the team, and develop relationships with senior-level clients. They are accountable for ensuring Mindshare's and Client's strategy delivers on business objectives and KPIs, and for delivering client satisfaction. This role reports to the Senior Business Director. The ideal candidate will have:

• A strong background in digital planning and buying, with 8-10 years of experience in leading teams in relevant fields.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Strong organizational and numeracy skills, with the ability to negotiate terms of business and manage the P&L.
• Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing a rapport with the immediate team and establishing relationships with media vendors.
• Ensuring all processes employed by the team are compliant and running monthly meetings.
• Developing changes that will impact buying performance for clients and exhibiting clear and concise communication skills – written and verbal.
• Starting to develop skills for the next level, understanding and developing negotiations on behalf of the client, and demonstrating selling skills with the ability to sell media plans/additional internal initiatives to clients.

The estimated salary for this position is around $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
