• Experience in a retail environment preferred
• Confident, approachable, and enthusiastic person who is great at talking to people
• Self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative
• Well organized
• Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and evenings

• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable about all products and cooperating with co-workers to provide excellent sales service.
• Achieving KPIs and operational expectations
• Connecting with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess needs
• Ability to learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customers' needs
• Maintaining an awareness of all product knowledge and current or upcoming products/trends
• Contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment
