IT Manager (Functional, SAP FICO / S4 HANA)

Responsibilities: Define and implement a comprehensive programme management framework, including tools, templates, and systems, to meet cost, time, and quality objectives, and ensure adherence through regular performance measurements and corrective actions. Review and guide the integrated programme plan to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery, while setting expectations for periodic reviews, risk identification, and stakeholder communication. Monitor programme progress, mentor junior staff in corrective actions, build strong client relationships, manage client escalations, and make informed trade-off decisions to align deliverables with client goals. Manage departmental budgets, staffing, and work allocations; foster staff development through coaching and performance management; and ensure alignment with organizational goals and policies. Requirements: Degree in IT or equivalent. At least 5 years of functional experience in SAP FICO & S/4 HANA Proven track record in engaging end-users and successfully implementing projects to enhance operational efficiency.
