Customer Services Engineer

Date: Jan 21, 2025 Location: Riyadh, SA Dubai Company: Barco Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical on-site support to Barco’s Entertainment, High End Residential and Cinema Customers in the MEA area and abroad.
Repair and troubleshoot Barco hardware and software.
Assist at sales demos to promote Barco’s solutions.
Provide product training to partners and end-users.
Execute proactive analysis visits, report, and provide suggestions.
Collect insights and feedback on our products from customers and partners and relay them to the product managers and R&D teams.
Document actions, solutions, hours, and expenses in a timely manner.
Participate in training to update your technical, commercial, and soft skills.
Build relationships with customers and identify service sales opportunities.

Requirements:

3 years of experience in a technical customer (Service/Sales) environment, preferably in the visualization/entertainment industry.
Good knowledge of hardware, software, and networking technologies.
Fluent in English; knowledge of any additional language is an asset.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Service- and client-oriented.
Experience with Barco’s products and Salesforce is a plus.
