The House of Mercier is excited to announce an opening for a Freelance Online Recruiter who speaks Dutch, German, or a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian) to join our team remotely. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in identifying and securing top talent within specific markets, helping our clients find the best candidates to meet their needs. Your proficiency in the specified language will enable you to engage with candidates effectively and provide tailored recruitment services. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented recruiter who can work independently while still being a part of a collaborative team. Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates through various online platforms, focusing on Dutch, German, or Nordic markets.
- Create and post job descriptions in the relevant language to appeal to local talent.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates’ suitability for positions.
- Communicate effectively with candidates in their native language throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Track and manage candidates throughout the hiring process efficiently.
- Stay informed on recruitment trends and market developments in the Dutch, German, or Nordic regions.
Minimum Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch, German, or a Nordic language, along with strong English communication skills.
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a freelance role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with online recruitment tools and platforms.
