We are an 18+ year old Sign, Graphics and Display Solution Company with offices in Dubai and Florida. We are looking for highly motivated and energetic individuals who enjoy multitasking to join our team as Graphic Designer. The candidate should be computer savvy, result-oriented, possess excellent time management skills, and have a keen eye for color and detail.

Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Day-to-day production tasks of printing, file preparations, resizing, preparing layouts, etc. as assigned by supervisors/team leaders.
Ability to work independently as well as follow directions as part of a team.
Maintaining a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe working environment.
Finishing jobs within allocated time frames, meeting quality standards.
Operating print and finishing machines following strict health and safety standards.

Skills & Abilities required:

Knowledge/Experience of operating wide format printing and cutting machines – AGFA, HP, Vutek, Esko, Epson, Mimaki, Zund, Mutoh, Roland, Graphtec, etc.
Knowledge/Experience of operating flatbed cutters – Esko Kongsberg, Zund, Colex, or similar.
Advanced level experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other design-related software).
Advanced level experience using different RIP software - Onyx, Caldera, Photoprint, Maintop, etc.
Ability to interpret and understand printing specifications, job orders, and layout designs.
Knowledge of operating lamination machines.
Highly organized and fast-paced to finish jobs within tight deadlines.
Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
Positive attitude to handle challenges and take initiative to solve them.
Strong PC and Mac operating skills.
Able to work well under pressure.
Able to stand for long periods of time.
Able to lift media rolls and other production materials.
Monitor the printing process to ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently, making adjustments as necessary.
Inspect and examine printed materials for quality and accuracy, ensuring they meet job specifications and requirements.
Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions that may occur during the printing process.
Coordinate with other team members to ensure a seamless workflow and timely completion of projects.
Keep detailed records of print jobs, including quantity produced, materials used, and any issues encountered, for future reference.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in printing technology to enhance knowledge and skills in the field.
Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Flexibility to work different shifts, including nights and weekends, depending on production schedules.

Education and Experience

Associate Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design or any technical studies related to printing and sign production.
Proven 2 years experience working as a Graphic Designer.
