We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Technical Sales Consulting to join our Issuer Services team in Sydney, Australia (Hybrid working model). In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Independently develop the strategic plan for managing and growing existing client relationships, focusing on revenue retention and overall relationship profitability within the assigned client portfolio. Keep abreast of client account activity and serve as the ultimate escalation point for client satisfaction. Conduct regular check-ins with assigned clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and strategic alignment. Serve in a consultative role to clients, advising top leadership on achieving strategic objectives and how the firm can assist in that vision. Provide clients with industry expertise, sharing trends and their potential impact on client business models. Recommend product/service enhancements and work with other Relationship Managers to ensure client needs are addressed. Attend industry events and conferences to remain visible in the market and current on trends. Lead team implementation of firm-wide initiatives, ensuring client onboarding and risk management activities are conducted. Provide guidance to less experienced Relationship Managers as needed. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: 15+ years in Relationship Management, Sales, Business Development, or Consulting in the Financial Services industry; experience with buy-side clients preferred. Demonstrated track record in exceeding sales or growth targets; knowledge of financial digital solutions will be an asset. Significant expertise with buy-side industry trends and competitor services. Minimum bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
