Terms of References (TORs) for Business Consultant for MICADR Objective: The primary objective of hiring a business consultant is to develop and implement strategies to attract corporate memberships to MICADR, in Islamabad and Karachi. The consultant will focus on generating revenue through corporate memberships by encouraging case referrals to MICADR and promoting ADR training programs for corporate entities. Duration: Three months (with the possibility of extension based on performance and mutual agreement). Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
- Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the ADR market in Pakistan, identifying potential corporate clients and competitors.
- Develop a strategic plan to attract corporate memberships to MICADR, outlining key objectives, target demographics, and actionable steps.
- Membership Acquisition:
- Identify and approach potential corporate clients for membership at MICADR.
- Present the benefits of membership, including case referral services and ADR training programs, tailored to the needs of each corporate entity.
- Negotiate membership agreements and terms with corporate clients, ensuring mutual benefit for both parties.
- Achieve the target of securing at least 10 Platinum memberships within the first three months.
- Relationship Building:
- Cultivate strong relationships with corporate decision-makers, understanding their needs and preferences regarding ADR services.
- Maintain regular communication with existing members, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or additional services.
- Promotion of ADR Training Programs:
- Develop marketing materials and strategies to promote MICADR’s ADR training programs to corporate entities.
- Organize informational sessions, webinars, or workshops to educate potential members about the benefits of ADR training for their organizations.
- Collaborate with the training team to customize programs according to the specific needs and interests of corporate clients.
- Reporting and Evaluation: Provide regular progress reports to the MICADR management team, detailing activities, achievements, challenges, and recommendations. Conduct periodic evaluations of the effectiveness of membership acquisition strategies and ADR training programs, proposing adjustments as necessary.
- Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or consultancy roles, preferably in the legal or ADR sector.
- Strong understanding of ADR practices and principles, with the ability to effectively communicate the benefits to corporate clients.
- Proven track record of successfully acquiring corporate clients or memberships for similar organizations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and meet targets within specified timelines.
