- As System Implementation Lead, you will be coordinating with Cross functional team to standardize the New Product development system template,
- You will be working with CFT to digitalise the Gate deliverables and implement it.
- You will be part of Program management team ensuring Gate deliverables are met and organizing Pre gate and Gate reviews meetings.
- New Product Development System implementation
- Experience in Program Management (handled at-least 1 End to End Product Development cycle)
- Experience in leading cross functional team and deliver projects meeting QCD and Budget Targets.
- Good Knowledge in APQP, PPAP, VOC, HOQ.
- Good knowledge in Electric Vehicle Systems and Development.
- Good Knowledge in Microsoft Project / Primavera.
- Program Management Certification (PMI / CIPM)
