Job Descriptions: Assist the occupier of the workplace or other person in charge to identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work processes therein. Recommend reasonably practicable measures and safe work procedures to control and mitigate such risks to prevent incident occurrences. Assist in implementing and reviewing such measures or safe work procedures to prevent workplace accidents. Investigate any incidents/accidents and advise on the remedial measures to prevent recurrence. Work closely with relevant authorities on safety, health, and environmental matters. Administer and implement an effective Environmental, Health and Safety Management System (EHSMS) in accordance with prevailing legislation and prepare for third-party external EHS audits. Conduct Environmental, Health and Safety Audits as per requirements. Ensure compliance with all ordinances or orders pertaining to occupational safety, health, and environmental laws. Prepare and conduct EHS trainings for all employees identified in Risk Assessments (RA) and Safe Work Procedures (SWP). Measure and monitor the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) performance of the project and discuss performance in WSH committee meetings, recommending areas for improvement. Perform ECO and ECMO duties as assigned. Be responsible for any other duties assigned by management as deemed fit. Job Requirements: Possess at least a Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) and/or Bachelor’s Degree in a WSH-related field, along with a certificate in ECO. At least 3 years of relevant work experience in Civil & Infrastructure works as a WSH Officer cum ECO. MOM registered WSH Officer and NEA registered ECO + PUB registered ECMO. #J-18808-Ljbffr
